Yes, you can increase the number of Users or Site Collections anytime by paying the difference between what was paid and the increased cost for the additional Users and/or Site Collections. You can decrease the number of Users or licensed Site Collections at the time of renewal. The No. of Site Collections should include all Site Collections across all web applications and farms that will be managed by the tool. Once you use the tool to build a report, fix links, move content, etc - a Site Collection License will be allocated for the Site Collection(s) involved. You can change Site Collections licensed if a Site Collection was used as a test or added by mistake, by contacting QiPoint Technical Support. |
