Is our data private? Do you share PII (Personally Identifiable Information) with outside parties?

Answer

Our products do not send any of your PII (Personally Identifiable Information) to outside of your organization. Your privacy and content is important to us, our products do not share information belonging to your organization with us or any other party without your explicit consent.

The only time any information would be transmitted outside of your organization, would be:

1. If the application crashes and you click "Yes" to send us the anonymous error report. This data is collected to help us improve our products and only contains a stack dump for us to trace any bugs in the code. This information does not contain any company/organization content or PII data. 
   The error submission provides our technical team with:
   1. The product name and version (build) which crashed
   2. The lines of code which caused the error
   3. The company public IP address
2. When using Online License Activation and you enter an email address, this email address is used in our license server to identify who is using each license. These are used for usage reports which we can provide to you. 
   This email address could also be inputted by you as non-PII (non-Personally Identifiable Information) data such as random text or machine (computer) name. This can be any value.
   Usage reports contain:
   1. (Optional) Email address, provided by user at time of license activation
   2. License Activation date and time(s)
   3. License Deactivation date and time(s)

NOTE: This excludes any information that your organization shares voluntarily/at your discretion for purposes of procurement, payment or troubleshooting (such as screen sharing, technical logs, reports, screenshots) with our agents or support team.
