What is your turnaround time for bug fixes?

Once a bug is reported, you can be assured we are working on it. We typically have an average turnaround time of 4-8 business days before we issue a patch for you. This will be considered a 'BETA' patch for you to test and verify the fix. The 'OFFICIAL' patch will be included with our next release (which includes full regression testing, along with other customer fixes and new enhancements), which is typically every 1-2 months (depending on the product).
