The SharePoint Essentials Toolkit license model is 'per seat' or 'per named user'. The trial version is licensed for 60 days and is limited to 10 lists per site, 100 items per list and for Broken Link Manager it limits 200 URLs per item/page/file, Find & Replace function is disabled in the Trial Version. Site Auditing and Content Manager components randomly skip items in the reports, they will appear in the logs when skipped as 'Trial limitation skipped'. Permissions Manager has the time limitation only of 60 days.
