Solution

Web Browser Authentication is needed if you are using:

Office 365 with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Using Active Directory Federation Services
Have a custom login screen for authentication
Using Single Sign On (SSO)

If you see these error messages in the Job Logs, please change the Credential type to use Web Browser Authentication.

To simplify all jobs, we would recommend to re-add the Site Collection(s) from home page dashboard to ensure they use 'Web Browser Authentication'. You do not have to delete existing Sites on your Home Page Dashboard, just click 'Add Site'. Re-adding them will just update credentials used.
